Workers Compensation 2016 (CILB# 0611438) (1 credit hours)
The course will first cover the purpose of worker’s compensation insurance and any new requirements that have been issued by the Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation over the past two years. The course will then present the reemployment services offered by the State of Florida for injured workers. The course will also cover the major elements and requirements for becoming privately self-insured for worker’s compensation.
