Project Management is the art of directing and coordinating human and material resources throughout the life of a project by using modern management techniques to achieve predetermined objectives.  In this three hour course you will understand project manager functions, responsibilities, project controls, schedules, estimating and managing risk.

The student will gain and understanding of the purpose and scope of project management.
