Moisture Infiltration (1 credit hours/1 HSW Hours)
Moisture enters buildings both as a liquid and as a gas (water vapor).  In its liquid form it is introduced intentionally in bathrooms, kitchens and laundries.  It can also come accidentally from leaks and spills.  As a gas, water vapor sources include humidifiers, evaporation, occupants and outside air.  This 1 hour course covers moisture infiltration sources, problems and possible remedies.
