This course teaches the following specific knowledge and skills:
- Students will learn the key parts of the Brooks Architect-Engineer Act.
- Students will become conversant with Standard Form 330 Parts I and II.
- Students will learn announcing requirements for Architect-Engineer services.
- Students will learn how selection criteria and procedures are implemented.
- Students will understand Corps contract types and negotiations.
- Students will know how small business utilization programs operate.
- Students will understand how performance evaluations are made.
- Students will become familiar with guidelines for preparing Standard Form 330.
