Contract Dispute Management (2 credit hours)
This course presents different types of claims that may be encountered in construction along with the causes for such claims and what justifies their successful pursuit.  The student will learn the importance of avoiding disputes and how to avoid contract disputes.  The claims process of alternate dispute resolution is also presented.  The following types of claims will be examined: Delay Claims, Acceleration Claims, Changed Work Claims, Labor Productivity Loss Claims and Termination Claims
